Our first ever 15 year aged Cheddar! Named masterpiece because that's exactly what everyone at Golden Age Cheese thought of this cheese. Extremely sharp on the front, but has a smooth creamy finish - best enjoyed at room temperature with a cracker. This cheese is slightly dry and crumbly and contains small pieces of crunchy goodness known as tyrosine crystals, which form naturally due to the aging process. Each piece will be hand numbered. This is a very limited supply. A tribute to Golden Age Cheese founders Lawrence (Larry) & Angela (Lina) Hickey. 20% of every sale will be donated to Lina Hickey's favorite Charity, St. Jude, to fight childhood cancer.
