This Cheddar is so sharp, it's said to have been around since the Jurassic Age, hence the name Jurassic Sharp. Aged over 7 years, this is the sharpest Cheddar we have available at Golden Age Cheese. If you're a Cheddar connoisseur, this cheese is for you! Want to age it yourself for an even sharper cheese? Order an uncut waxed brick (approximately 7.5 pounds).

Sorry this cheese is currently extinct! We strongly recommend our Golden Age Special Reserve Super Sharp Cheddar as a close substitute.
