Description

One of the most popular cheeses we offer is our Mozzarella curd. Purchase these mozzarella stretching curds, which are produced daily, and learn to stretch your own cheese. This is a great way to enjoy the freshest possible mozzarella cheese. Simply take the curd, hold between the thumb and fore finger of each hand, and stretch. Then pull your piece together and do it again. You may wish to add salt according to taste. Once stretched, your mozzarella cheese can be frozen to be used up to six months later. This cheese is wonderful atop your favorite pizza, mixed into a fresh garden salad, or melted over a dish of hot lasagna.
