Description

Full of flavor and creamy in texture, this white cheese is usually served in thin slices on sandwiches, crackers, or topping a pasta dish. It is also a great addition to the cheeses used for lasagna or stuffed shells, macaroni and cheese, or grilled cheese sandwiches; this is because it melts so consistently.
