Description

To conjure the perfect snack to serve at your gathering, set out your aged gouda beforehand so it can be served at room temperature. Serve it on a cheese block with a slicer so that each guest can slice his or her own piece. Be sure to make available a bowl of crackers that are light and slightly salty so that they compliment but do not overpower the cheese.
